Strong turnout today at our 1:00 PM pre-bid meeting at Senator Circle in Houma, LA for the Houma-Terrebonne Housing Authority’s Senator Circle redevelopment project. Nearly 40 individuals representing more than a dozen companies joined us to hear an overview from the project architects and to tour several existing units damaged by Hurricane Ida.
Houma-Terrebonne Housing Authority Executive Director Nikita Gilton and the HTHA Board of Commissioners are enthusiastic about the turnout, as this is a major step forward in bringing high-quality, modern, affordable housing to the people of Terrebonne Parish.
Interested firms will submit all questions through the required portal. Proposals are due no later than December 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM CST.
