Professional Services for Grant Management and Project Management
The Houma Terrebonne Housing Authority (HTHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for grant management and project management.
These services will support HTHA’s ongoing initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance strategic development efforts. Interested firms should demonstrate experience in grant administration, project oversight, reporting compliance, and coordination of federally funded or publicly supported programs.
Proposals are due no later than March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
