The Houma Terrebonne Housing Authority (HTHA) will be closed on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in observance of Mardi Gras.
Mardi Gras is a cherished tradition in our region, celebrating culture, history, and community. We are grateful for the continued collaboration and support of our commissioners, partners, investors, and community stakeholders who help advance HTHA’s mission throughout the year.
