Over the course of two days and four in-depth sessions, the HTHA Board of Commissioners and XP Works came together for a training hosted by TDI. The sessions covered key topics including HUD compliance, communication protocols, commissioner roles and responsibilities, quality of life programs, and leadership accountability.
This collaborative training provided valuable tools and resources to strengthen governance, enhance community engagement, and ensure that leadership continues to serve with integrity and impact.
